The Opportunity:
Write, edit, and manage technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy. You’ll work on a variety of documents including reports, procedures, and proposals. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand. Your role will include quality control, developing solutions to documentation challenges, and helping establish documentation standards and processes.
What You’ll Bring:
No prior experience required. We provide full training in all technical writing skills and processes. You should have:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise language
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow established style guides and templates
• Willingness to learn industry standards and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying timelines
• Experience collaborating with technical teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

About the Role:
This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting project deadlines. Occasional in-person meetings or client visits may be required, depending on project needs. During virtual meetings, you’ll be expected to have your camera on to support team collaboration and communication.
