We’re seeking a Technical Writer to join our team and support quality systems through investigation of quality events and development of controlled documentation in a manufacturing environment.
This role ensures investigations and quality documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You’ll develop strong technical writing skills, gain experience managing quality documentation, and collaborate across teams to support compliant manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Investigate and document quality events including deviations, incidents, and customer complaints
• Perform and document root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive actions in alignment with regulatory expectations
• Draft, revise, and maintain controlled documentation such as procedures, technical reports, and risk assessments
• Support change control activities related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure documentation accuracy and procedural alignment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and quality system enhancements
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
• Technical writing experience and attention to detail
• Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn quality systems and regulatory requirements
Full training will be provided. No prior experience in quality systems is necessary—we’ll guide you through everything you need to know.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent role
